In the weeks and days before your celebration, we coordinate every partner and detail. On the weekend itself, we are on‑site from first arrival to final farewell so you can be fully present.

What is your full planning process for destination celebrations?
We guide you through three chapters: Immersion, Composition and Execution. From our first conversation to the final farewell, we handle planning, design and production so you can stay focused on the experience, not the logistics.
Do you work exclusively in Scandinavia?
Scandinavia is our heritage and a frequent setting for our celebrations, but we also design destination weekends across wider Europe and beyond. If the location feels aligned with our aesthetic and approach, we are happy to explore it with you.
How far in advance should we enquire?
For weekend‑long weddings and large‑scale celebrations, 12–18 months in advance is ideal. For more intimate gatherings or weekday events, we may be able to accommodate shorter timelines. Share your dates and we will confirm availability.
